Home-made Yogurt

Boil milk, let it cool to slight warm level, add a quarter table spoon of yogurt. Cover it. wrap it in a kitchen towel for 4 to 5 hours. Now you have fresh home made yogurt. Add honey to it. Great for Low testosterone level.

Kada Pani for better digestion

Put 2 cups of water in a pan. Add two spoons of Saunf (Fennel Seeds) and two spoons of Ajwain and let it boil for 15 mins. Strain it and add honey.
